Ambidextrous learning in a customer order–based context

Purpose The purpose of the paper is to describe ambidextrous learning in organizations within customer order-based context (COBC), here based on a dynamic view work processes. study focuses how can learn while working with orders, considering as both process and an outcome. Design/methodology/approach This conceptual article COBC, where individual requirements represent key input into organization’s processes, thus limiting possibilities plan standardize. COBC brings about challenges potentials for task variety complexity are high which contradictory interplay between efficiency responsiveness apparent not only at strategic level but also operative order fulfillment Depending variations tasks parallel complex processes different units organization, appear COBC.
